淡奶油司康司康饼(scone)，是英式快速面包(QuickBread)，它的名字是由苏格兰皇室加冕的地方、一块有长久历史并被称为司康之石(StoneofScone)或命运之石(StoneofDestiny)的石头而来的。传统的司康饼是塑成三角形，以燕麦为主要材料制成，流传到现今面粉成了主要材料，而且像一般面食一样是以烤箱烘烤，形状也不再是一成不变的三角形，可以做成圆形、方形或是菱形等各式形状。司康饼可以做成甜的口味，也可以做成咸的口味，另外除了可以做为早餐之外，也可以当成点心。今天这个属于简化版，但是味道糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
