  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

一般人我不告诉的香肠配方

首先:这个香肠配方是甜咸味的，不是广式香肠的纯甜味。其次:这是我2010年左右就开始用的方子了，做了很多次，味道相当好吃。第三:当时还没有下厨房，是在网上有人推荐的，原创者是新浪博客上的“要做面包达人的丸子。第四:今年又要准备做香肠了，查了查下厨房没有一样的配方，于是记录在这里，方便以后查找。第五:厨友们尽管放心照做，少做几斤今年试试，包你明年做十斤以上了，呵呵。最后:酱油味很重要，我们家用的是李锦记锦珍生抽糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
