  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

如何让南方孩子更爱面条，我用有机颜色对传统的面食做了一次小的尝试，为生活添置了一抹美好的色彩。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
