绵绵奶香小吐司的做法
绵绵奶香小吐司的小提示
1.黄油一定要室温软化后再放进去，不需要加热软化成液体。2.吐司需要冷却后才能切片，刚出炉的时候非常柔软，不易切片，冷却后再切片就比较容易了。3.烤制时间和温度请依据自家烤箱脾气适当调整，每个烤箱的脾气都不一样，需要灵活调整。
绵绵奶香小吐司的配料
- 金山日式吐司粉 （260克）
- 奶粉 （20克）
- 鸡蛋 （50克）
- 细砂糖 （30克）
- 牛奶 （85克）
- 炼乳 （40克）
- 淡奶油 （35克）
- 黄油 （20克）
- 耐高糖酵母 （4克）
- 盐 （2克）
绵绵奶香小吐司的步骤
STEP1、准备好全部的食材。
STEP2、先把全部液体材料放入面巴机桶内。（蛋液、淡奶油、牛奶、炼乳）
STEP3、再加入面粉、细砂糖、奶粉、酵母、盐，接着把面桶入面包机内。（盐、糖、酵母）
STEP4、启动面包机，设置MIX程序，设置25分钟。
STEP5、当程序进行到15分钟的时候，暂停机器，取出面团，把面团切成小块再放入桶内，同时加入软化好的黄油。
STEP6、再次启动程序，揉至面团能拉出薄而有韧性的膜，这就是完全扩展阶段。
STEP7、然后整理成圆形，放入盆内，盖上保鲜膜进行一发（室温27度左右）。
STEP8、发酵至两倍大，手沾面粉插入面团，洞口轻微回缩不塌陷即发酵完成。
STEP9、面团取出轻压排气。
STEP10、平均分成2份，分别搓圆，盖上保鲜膜静置松弛15-20分钟。
STEP11、取出一份面团，再次平均分成2份，搓圆。
STEP12、取一个面团，擀成长舌状。
STEP13、翻面，然后自上而下卷起。
STEP14、其余也同样操作，收口朝下，盖上保鲜膜继续松弛10分钟左右。
STEP15、取一个擀卷的面团，再次擀成长舌状，不要来回擀，在中间固定，然后用擀面杖朝两边拉长，长度要比之前长一些。
STEP16、仍旧翻面后再自上而下卷起。
STEP17、把面团摆入模具，烤箱启动发酵功能35度。
STEP18、发至模具八-九分满。（轻按面包胚，会缓解回缩即可）
STEP19、烤箱设置上火170度，下火180度，中下层，时间为40分钟。（烤箱一定要预热好以后再把模具放入烤箱，每个烤箱的脾气都不一样，要灵活调整）
STEP20、烘烤结束后，立即取出震模具，然后放在晾架上晾至手温后密封保存。
