  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

有一次在新闻上看到卖馒头的老板说，红糖大枣馒头都加了甜蜜素香精什么的，之后就再也不在外面买现成的了，我可不想本来该给宝宝补充营养的食物变成伤害宝宝的食物。于是从那以后都自己动手做。这个用料比较随意，看个人口味，喜甜就多放糖，但注意兑糖水的糖和水比例1：1或者1.5差不多了，兑稀了用的面粉多也不甜了）糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀

卤卤卤卤牛肉！最近买了十斤青海耗牛肉，卤它！正好配上新买的fissler高压，真的超级好，一口气买了两个，一个蓝点，一个edition6L2.5L(一个)。盘子是rosendahl。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
