  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

STEP2、清洗

STEP3、去皮晾干，切小块加入盐抓一下，腌制30分钟，倒掉水份

跟俄罗斯室友学的罗宋汤

坐标新西兰，下厨房里很多菜谱都超级棒，但是对于海外党来说，总有一些买不到或者贵得要死的食材。适合留学生或者海外党的菜谱少之又少。所以我打算传一些适合海外同胞的菜谱。用国外相比较常见的食材尽量满足中国胃。现在合租的同一栋房子里有一个俄罗斯室友。他有一次做了罗宋汤，给我们舀了一碗，好吃到惊为天人！(当然也有可能是太久没吃到好吃的了)总之确实不错！这也是我第一次跟歪果仁学做他们国家的食物，所以发出来纪念一下。此方子做出来大概4个普通饭碗那么多。温馨提示:俄罗斯比中国还大，罗宋汤的做法肯定不止一种，我这里仅有这种糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
