  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

藜麦红薯轻食餐

不想贴秋膘，轻食早餐来帮忙，无油低糖低脂肪，不挨饿还营养全，想不瘦都难。食材简单，做法也是超简单的。主要食材红薯，本就是健康粗粮，纤维是米面的10倍，促进胃肠蠕动，能清理消化道，保持消化道通畅，无宿便不便秘也就没有毒素。还能抑制黑色素的产生。生菜是天然减肥王，不用我多介绍。酸奶一样也是助消化增加饱腹感的食物。这里还有最重要的一种藜麦，是很多健身教练推荐的减脂餐里都用到的食材，是减肥瘦身的首选食材，清香扑鼻，软糯又有点清脆，风味很独特。几种食材搭配一起营养全，热量低，脂肪少，又很容易饱，还抗饿。经常食用，不糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀

意式红酱
