鲜虾肉丸

1、给三岁以上的孩子做虾丸可以再加上一点细葱末、胡椒粉调味，盐也可以适当多加一点;2、虾丸可以给宝宝下面条、煮汤、做各种菜泥、包饺子等，非常方便；3、做多了可以用保鲜膜包成一次用量的小包装进冷冻盒，冷冻时间最好不要超过40天。4、特别小心腐败变质的虾。看到颜色发红、身软、掉拖的虾，一定不能给孩子吃；5、虾为发物，正值上火之时不宜食虾。尤其是一些过敏性疾病患者，如过敏性鼻炎、支气管炎、反复发作性过敏性皮炎等患者则不宜吃虾。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
