减脂神器鸡胸肉紫菜卷

准备食材：鸡胸肉三块，香葱一根，大蒜三瓣，生抽两勺，蚝油一勺，紫菜三片【肉里不放盐】因为做的过程没有拍照，所以借用了网友的图片，但是做法是按照网友的做的，只是我没有放鸡蛋清。1.鸡胸肉剁碎成肉馅儿状（有绞肉机的可以把蒜也一起绞进去），蒜切末儿剁碎，葱切碎一起搅拌，记住要朝一个方向搅肉才不会散，顺时针or逆时针都可以，看个人习惯，千万不要中途切换方向就可以；2.放入两勺生抽、一勺蚝油，继续搅拌，直到完全融合；3.拿出紫菜，用刀或者剪刀裁剪成长条状，一般一张A4纸大小的紫菜可以切三列；4.我是带着一次性手套自越吃越上瘾的糖醋小排

飞鱼籽肠炒抱子甘蓝

抱子甘蓝外形可爱，像缩小版的包菜，原产于地中海沿岸，是十九世纪、二十世纪以来欧洲、北美洲国家的重要蔬菜之一。抱子甘蓝的小叶球蛋白质的含量很高，居甘蓝类蔬菜之首，维生素C和微量元素硒的含量也较高。中国于20世纪末开始引进并种植孢子甘蓝，所以平时在超市非常少见，偶尔碰到一次，当然要买来尝尝了。别看抱子甘蓝小巧精致，价格是包菜的好几倍，但是还真不如包菜的口感好吃。抱子甘蓝带些苦涩味，所以要先用水煮一下去除这个味道。而飞鱼籽的口感，仿佛在唇齿间迸裂，只要吃一次就忘不了，如今加到鱼肠里，肉香夹杂着小颗粒的口感，让人越吃越上瘾的糖醋小排
