STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

鸡蛋饼几乎每个人都吃过，关于鸡蛋饼每个人都有自己的情怀和记忆吧小时候每到麦子收获的季节，家里大人都会拿麦子去粮站换面粉，大概一斤麦子六两面粉(哈哈，差不多吧)。拿回来都是散装的，也不利于保存。一年中也就这时节做鸡蛋饼吃，因为少吃所以记忆中的鸡蛋饼很好吃。那时韭菜和面糊是最佳的搭配，好像总是韭菜鸡蛋饼。那时没有不粘锅，也没有平底锅。一口大灶锅浇上菜籽油烧着冒烟，浇入面糊，一不小心还给煎糊了。那时的饼有点厚却很香，直接用手抓着的，烫的左手换右手当然长大后有了自己的小家，也会经常做饼，葱油饼、手抓饼、鸡蛋灌饼，糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
