  • 嫩姜 （500克）
  • 老冰糖 （250克）
  • 醋 （300克）
  • 盐 （10克）

STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种

燕窝花菇炖鸡汤

燕窝花菇炖鸡汤翻遍下厨房的菜谱都没这道汤，好吧，我只好自己创建一个了。是不是只有我用燕窝来炖鸡汤啊，哈哈哈。本次使用的是4a燕盏，燕窝是纯天然的滋养保健食品，燕窝中的特有物质能修复身体的活细胞。燕窝对皮肤活细胞有修复作用，能够滋养真皮层。肌肤的真皮层中有两种蛋白：胶原蛋白和弹力纤维蛋白，它们支撑起了皮肤使其饱满紧致。燕窝中的有效物质确实能让皮肤嫩滑，有提拉紧致的功用。我觉得，用燕窝来炖鸡是再好不过了。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
