暖心暖胃的糖醋姜的配料
- 嫩姜 （500克）
- 老冰糖 （250克）
- 醋 （300克）
- 盐 （10克）
暖心暖胃的糖醋姜的步骤
STEP1、市场上买这种嫩姜，老姜非常辛辣嚼起来都是渣，尽量用这种
STEP2、清洗
STEP3、去皮晾干，切小块加入盐抓一下，腌制30分钟，倒掉水份
STEP4、醋冰糖烧开，冷却后装瓶，放入姜块
STEP5、瓶口覆上保鲜膜加盖，放冰箱冷藏，一周即可食用
STEP6、取上几块撕成小片，倒些米醋加点白糖，很暖胃，尽量在早上食用
STEP7、脆脆的，要管不住嘴了
