猪肚鸡

猪肚鸡： 猪肚用盐、生粉抓洗干净。 锅内放白胡椒碎、姜片、葱结、二锅头、水，烧开。 猪肚、鸡切成块。 锅内烧热油，煎鲫鱼。煎香后放姜、酒，焖煮。加水烧开后倒入大锅汤中继续煮。 猪肚飞水，淋冷水。放入大锅汤中。 锅内放油，炒鸡、放姜片、二锅头，水焖煮。烧开后放入大锅汤中。 炖至猪肚软，捞起鲫鱼。调味后即可。糖醋姜一直是我的心头好，可以用糖醋也可以用酒糟腌制，刚好市场上有嫩姜，买了一些自己做，一周就可以吃。因为胃寒，一不注意饮食胃就难受，拿几块撕一下加点糖醋，几片下腹暖暖的，迅速缓解不适，大爱呀
